‘Hardwood’ – environmental improvement elements, in the construction of which solid wooden parts are used in combination with heavy metal constructions. Odukalns Design have developed a special structural solution for fastening wooden parts, which ensures additional longevity of seat surfaces and backrests during their life of service. This urban design furniture ‘Hardwood’ will fit very well in various environmental projects – parks, picnic areas, various city squares, emphasizing their historical architecture.

Basic construction:
Bench legs – 10 mm thick metal.

• Primed and coated with powder coating, which provides high durability in all weather conditions. The colour of metal constructions is available in all shades according to the RAL catalogue.
• CorTen rusted metal
• Hot-dip galvanized metal

Seat surface – the construction made of durable hardwood – ash or oak – and treated with a solvent-based impregnant – glaze or ecological linen oil, which contains wood tar. This special type of treatment protects wooden parts from all kinds of climatic conditions. By choosing one of the pigments, you can personalize the look of the bench.
